Texas A&M College Station is fixin' to host the 2009 Tex-Mex regional. Dates: January 16-17. We all remember the heartbreak of the Longhorns last season, hopefully this Texas sized conference will once again put out some high end work for 2009!Good Luck & Go Aggies!

This will be a new regional competition here in Aggieland. Both UT Austin and UT Arlington will not be attending but there is supposed to be four schools from the great country of Mexico. Everyone is hoping that 11 teams show up so 3 teams get to go to VEGAS.
Another note: This will be the last year that our conference has to start off the competition in January while everyone else has until March or April. Next year we will be waiting until March. WHOOP!!!!!! It has been my goal for the last few years to get us on an even footing for nationals since everyone else gets to have more clarifications before their Regionals and can learn from our Regions mistakes. Hope to see all who visit this site in May 09.

Texas A&M placed first
UT San Antonio placed second
Texas Tech placed third
These will be the three teams representing our region in Vegas. Congrats to all and hope everyone has a great regional competition.
