We're starting to get frames together, with some spit and glue we'll get them done by Saturday so we can continue to crank out all the dovetails and get going on the not so jiggy parts of the puente. Exciting and Interesting Times...Let us hope it is not a Chinese Curse!!! This is America right? Ah, whatever, the Beijing Olympics were awesome, but the gymnastas seemed a wee bit young.

Possible Regional Visit(s)

Right now, the only one that stands out as reasonable is a Friday night trip to Provo, UT for the Rocky Mountain Regional Steel Bridge Competition on April 4th. Only about an 11 hour drive to get there straighaway from Davis.

If anybody else out there wants to sponsor a formal regional visit, email chromelvis@gmail.com. Hope to hear from you, but it's understandable that this request is completely nuts.

Fargo is Go!

Midwest up next @ North Dakota State University. Can't seem to see any kind of Regional Conference site for the Bisonators, but the dates are March 19-20. Be there or be rhomboidlike.

No, nobody from Davis will be trekking there way to the cold, white confines of Hector and its neighboring NDSU campusade, but we wish the competitors the best!...and let us know how all the schools did!
